Following the unveiling of its refreshed brand identity, Globalia releases a commemorative video celebrating a decade of trusted partnerships as the network prepares to gather in Bangkok this October
Globalia Logistics Network is celebrating ten years of connecting freight agents across the globe. To mark this milestone, it has unveiled a refreshed visual identity, a new tagline—”Forward. Together.” and a special anniversary video featuring reflections from its members. The video offers members and partners a first look at the story behind the network ahead of its upcoming Annual Meeting in Bangkok in October.

The video opens with a message from Globalia’s Director, Antonio Torres, who traces the network’s origins back to a simple premise: bring reliable freight forwarders together and turn business connections into long-standing, profitable partnerships. The video really comes alive through its members, with voices from across the Globalia map. Paul and Silvana Petrovski from PCFS Logistics join in from Sydney, while Chandrasenan Krishnan of Antares Logistics shares the Mumbai side of the story. Fellipe Serra of LAC Worldwide brings in the Itajaí perspective, and Ishmael Oduro Marfo of BAJ Freight and Logistics speaks for the network’s presence in Ghana. Michael Gowrie of Remiro Freight Services adds his take from Globalia Amsterdam, and David Guillermo Maidana and Mauricio Regner of CIS Global Services round things out with the Buenos Aires perspective.
What comes through in all these stories is how a handful of early connections and face-to-face meetings turned into real, lasting partnerships, and how the network kept growing over the years without losing the personal touch that made it work in the first place.

Founded in 2016 with 30 members, Globalia has grown into an international community currently represented in 120 countries. The network has followed a selective approach to expansion rather than pursuing unrestricted membership growth, assessing companies on their experience, financial standing, and reliability before admission.
“Globalia was never created to be the largest freight forwarding network. Our objective has always been to bring together reliable companies and build a network where members receive personal attention and have real opportunities to develop business together,” says Antonio Torres, President and Founder of Globalia Logistics Network. “But above all, it is our members who have made Globalia grow. What began as a network has become a close international community that, over the years, we have come to consider a family. Their trust and commitment are what have allowed us to reach this milestone.”
Globalia members themselves point to both the commercial and personal value of the network: “Globalia has opened up the world to us, allowing us to work with trusted and reliable partners and reach countries where doing business can otherwise be difficult because of trust. It has also helped us grow our business through the network,” say Paul and Silvana Petrovski of PCFS.
Mauricio Regner of CIS Global Services adds: “It is not just about the business opportunities or growth, but also about the human side. Over the years, we have had the opportunity to get to know members personally and build relationships that go beyond business.”
Over the past decade, Globalia Logistics Network has also expanded the resources available to members, including international promotional campaigns, marketing and social media support, FreightViewer, its online quotation tool, and professional development opportunities through partnerships with CIFFA and TraversEd.
To mark the anniversary, Globalia has unveiled a refreshed visual identity and new logo under the slogan “Forward. Together.” The new identity reflects the network’s evolution while maintaining the principles on which it was built: collaboration, reliability, personal support and long-term business relationships.
“Ten years is an important milestone, but it is also a starting point,” says Torres. “Our next stage will focus on creating greater visibility and stronger business opportunities for our members, developing more effective digital tools and continuing to provide the personalised support that has always been part of Globalia.”
The release of this video comes at a meaningful moment for Globalia. The network will gather in Bangkok from October 26th to 28th for its 7th Annual Meeting, an occasion that doubles as a celebration of ten years of growth and collaboration. The event will bring together independent freight forwarders from more than 100 countries at the InterContinental Bangkok, with delegates taking part in personalized one-to-one meetings across the two main conference days.
Ten years on, Globalia’s growth reflects the same principle that guided its founding: one carefully selected member per city, chosen not simply to expand the network but to strengthen it. For freight forwarders seeking a genuine, exclusive alternative to open-membership networks, Globalia continues to offer a professional and supportive environment where independent companies can thrive internationally.
Freight forwarders interested in learning more about membership can schedule a personalized consultation with the Globalia team to explore how the network’s exclusivity, global reach, and trusted partnerships can support long-term business growth.
