The event will take place at Solaire Resort, Manila, from 10 to 12 March 2026. The event is officially endorsed by the Department of Transportation of the Philippines and is expected to attract strong participation from both public and private sector stakeholders.
Located along major Asia Pacific trade lanes and close to the South China Sea, the Philippines plays a pivotal role in international shipping and logistics. Its ports connect global markets and support rapidly expanding regional supply chains, making the country a natural meeting point for professionals looking to strengthen their presence in Southeast Asia.
The program will open with an exclusive technical visit to Manila’s port and logistics facilities. Delegates will gain first-hand insight into the infrastructure, technology, and operational practices shaping growth and efficiency across the country’s maritime ecosystem.
Over the following two days, more than 40 international speakers will take the stage, while the event itself will welcome over 400 senior decision makers. Participants will include government representatives, port and harbour engineers, shipping lines, cargo owners, freight forwarders, terminal operators, and logistics providers from across Asia and beyond.
The exhibition area will host 50 stands, offering companies a focused platform to present their services, build strategic relationships, and explore commercial opportunities in a fast-developing market.
